What are the hostel's COVID-19 health and safety regulations?

Atlas is committed to your safety. We follow an enhanced cleaning process developed in partnership with other hospitality experts such as Airbnb. We sanitise every high-touch surface and use approved disinfectant products only. The hostel and all rooms are thoroughly cleaned; linens are washed at a high-heat setting.

All guests and staff must wear face masks whilst inside the premises. All guests must maintain 6 ft. of distance from each other at all times.

To protect the health and safety of our guests, it is our policy that all guests and visitors perform a temperature check before entering the hostel. Guests should not check into Atlas if any of the following are true:

– You are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 30 days
– You suspect you are sick or have been exposed and are awaiting test results to confirm or deny a diagnosis of COVID-19
– You are showing symptoms or are concerned about possible infection of COVID-19
– You’ve had close, sustained contact with an individual confirmed or suspected to be infected with COVID-19, within the last 14 days*

We comply with all local Hong Kong laws including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

If you recently tested positive for COVID-19 or have started to feel any COVID-19 symptoms, and have recently stayed at Atlas or interacted with guests, contact us immediately. You must also inform relevant local authorities as well as your doctor.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 12pm. Early check-ins or late check-outs are available upon request, subject to room availability.

How do I get to Atlas?

From the airport, you can take bus A21, the Airport Express train, or a taxi/Uber to get here. We are located 20 meters away from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station (Exit A2), at the intersection of Nathan Road and Cameron Road. You can also take the ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier; we are about a 10-minute walk away. Plenty of buses also stop at the bus-stops downstairs of the hostel, including A21.

My flight is later than your check-out time. Can I leave my luggage at Atlas?

Certainly! We have a luggage storage area for guests to safely leave their belongings with us for the day.

How can I pay for my stay at the hostel?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. You can also book via our own reservations portal or on all major booking websites. Credit card payments paid directly to the hostel may incur a processing fee.

Do you offer long-term stays?

Yes, we offer long-term stays for all of our room types. Please contact us for any special requests or to find out if we are currently offering any monthly rates or special offers.

Do you have free WiFi?

Yes, we offer free high-speed WiFi to all of our guests.
